Where is SaaStr Europa 2018 being held?

SaaStr Europa 2018 will take place at the InterContinental Paris - Le Grand. The location is 2 rue Scribe, Paris, Île-de-France, 75009, France.

What is SaaStr Europa?

SaaStr is the largest community of SaaS executives, founders, and entrepreneurs in the world and we bring together our audience each year through our series of proprietary events. Our largest event, SaaStr Annual, boasts 10,000 attendees, 250 speakers, and 100 sponsors. Our mission is to provide the SaaS community with unparalleled access to the top minds in SaaS—which includes valued partners, like yourself.

This year we are excited to bring SaaStr overseas to Paris! SaaStr Europa takes place on June 15th at the Intercontinental Paris. We expect over 1,000+ attendees, a superb selection of speakers, and endless opportunities to network. We would love for you to join us in Paris!

Can I volunteer at SaaStr Europa?

Yes! All volunteers will get free passes to the event and will get a unique opportunity to work with Saastr Europa organizers, attendees, speakers and partners. Learn more here.

If I cannot make it, can I receive a refund on my order?

SaaStr Europa will allow refunds until May 1, 2018. If we do not have a written request by this date, tickets will not be refunded. If you realize you are unable to attend after this date, you are welcome to transfer your ticket to another attendee. Please note that there will be a $25 transfer fee for tickets transferred after June 1st. Transfers will be accommodated through June 14, 2018.

Can I transfer or assign my ticket(s) to someone else?

Yes, you can transfer your ticket. To do so, email annual@saastrinc.com with a copy of your ticket number or email confirmation, along with, the new attendee’s name, email, title, company, and phone number. Please note, tickets can only be transferred to another ticket holder without any additional fees until May 1st. Any ticket transfers made after May 1st will incur a $25 transfer fee. Transfers will be accommodated through June 14, 2018.

How can I apply a discount code to my order?

To apply a discount code to your order, choose your desired ticket type and quantity first. After doing that, click ‘Enter Promotion Code’ above ‘Order Now’. When the text box appears, enter your code and click ‘Apply’. Finally, click ‘Order Now’. Please note, SaaStr honors one discount code per ticket and that we are unable to (re)apply additional discount codes to previously purchased tickets.
